When they are not micromanaging, they will deny problems while letting them get worse and then six months later say that there is the same problem because they can't stand such undermining from subordinates.

What I mean is, at least some Asian American girls are friendly, but it's damn near impossible to even befriend any decent looking white American girls, even for a coffee date. I haven't had such luck with White American women though. But I've been able to befriend and date at least SOME.
